Shipping Policies
I. We offer a 7-day free return policy. We do not provide return pick-ups. The customer will need to send it back to us at the BLVRD dispatch centre address provided below.
II. For COD orders, a store credit will be provided within 1-3 working days from the day of return request on your email address/contact number.
III. Please kindly return the products in the same packaging as it was shipped to you. If the products return to us in poor condition and have clearly been worn, a refund will not be processed.
IV. Please allow 7-10 working days for the return to be processed and the amount to reflect in your bank account. NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFERS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PRE-PAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
V. COD payment options customers will receive online credit equivalent to the order amount. This can be used anytime.
VI. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
VII. Kindly note that any customer service-related issues will not be handled on Whatsapp.

IX. Cancellation requests will only be accepted before dispatch.
X. Due to hygiene standards, returns are not accepted for certain product categories (e.g. accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, perfumes). This policy may change at BLVRD's discretion.
Items purchased during the Buy 1 Get 1 Sale or any similar promotion with free products are not eligible for returns.
I. Customers are responsible for product care while in their possession. All product instructions, documents, and wrappings must be included when returning items in the same condition as received.
II. If a product does not conform to standards at the time of delivery, contact us at support@blvrd.in with product details and damage photos within one day of receiving the item.
III. Each return will be examined and customers informed of their refund status via email. Refunds will be processed within 30 days in worst-case scenarios.
IV. Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank details for refunds. BLVRD is not responsible for incorrect information.
Once payment is done. The product/service will be dispatched within 48hrs and we anticipate to deliver the product/s to the customer in minimum 4days to a maximum of 7 business days.
